Shipping & Processing Time
We ship from our warehouse in Rotterdam.
Because our collection is small, handmade, and carefully packaged, we apply the following processing time:

1 business day before shipment. Pre-orders or busy periods may take slightly longer; we will always keep you informed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, depending on:

We aim to keep shipping costs as fair and transparent as possible.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:

Sustainable Packaging
We package with love for both product and planet: using recycled materials, reusable filling, and as little plastic as possible — exactly as it should be.
Ceramics and glassware are packaged with extra care to prevent damage during transit.
Delays
Our products are made in small batches.
During busy periods, holidays, or pre-orders, delivery times may be slightly longer.
We will always keep you informed once your order has been shipped.
Force Majeure
In situations beyond our control (e.g. strikes, pandemics, delays at postal services), delivery may be delayed.
Received Damaged?
Although we package with the utmost care, something may go wrong during transit.

Not Received?
If your package has not arrived after 7 days (NL) or 14 days (EU/INT), please contact us. We will assist you immediately.
