These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via ishatelier.com. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Orders

An order is final once payment has been completed and you have received a confirmation by email.

Prices

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT.
Price changes and typographical errors are reserved.

Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered on our website.
Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed.

Product Information

Our products are entirely handmade.
Natural variations in color, shape, and texture are normal and make each piece unique.
These variations are not considered defects or faults.

Delivery

We ship your order from our warehouse in Rotterdam.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to busy periods or circumstances involving external carriers.

Returns

You may return your purchase within 14 days, provided that:

• the product is in its original condition;

• it is undamaged and unused;

return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Liability

Damage resulting from improper use, incorrect maintenance, or normal wear and tear is not our responsibility.
The customer is responsible for proper packaging and shipment of the return package. /ish is not liable for loss or damage incurred during a return shipment sent by the customer.
Color and material variations caused by screen settings do not give rise to liability.
/ish is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or exceptional circumstances involving carriers.
Any damage present upon receipt must be reported within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, texts, designs, and content on ishatelier.com are the property of /ish.
Use without written permission is not permitted.
